Performance ANIMA -ORACEL with Kay Hoffman and four dancers. Music: Dena DeRose & Annette Giesriegl. 20th of May, 2017 at Praxis Pirouette, Kumberg (Austria).

Gathering at Praxis Pirouette. Founder, inspired by Maggy Nichols (London). Once a month musicians and dancers meet artists for an unstructured improvisation for 2 hours.

Choreographic studies and research, joint with Bruno Genty (from Paris) Dance-projects with the Masterclass of Fine Arts (Ortweinschool, Graz)

Teacher of ballet classes for children and adults: Fairytale ballet , pre-ballet, ballet classes for elderly women, and Meridian (modern dance and improvisation) classes.

EDUCATION and PRIOR ACTIVITIES

Born 1954 in Delmenhorst (Germany). Ballet education starting at the age of 6 until the age of 16, including four years of training with Kurt Paudler, two of them at the Theatre Freiburg im Breisgau (Germany).

Graduated from school for physiotherapy in Freiburg (Germany).
Studies of modern dance and contact improvisation with Lilo Stahl (Freiburg) and Sarah

Shelton-Mann & Bryan Brown (at Mariposa Studios, San Francisco). Founded DIE FREIE TANZSZENE GRAZ, in Graz (Austria), in 1984.

Choreographer of Mystery, at the Slovene National Theatre Maribor (Slovenia)

Teacher at the “Hochschule für Musik und angewandte Kunst Graz” for actors‘ bodywork and theatredance

I am 62 years old and feeling great. Happily married since 30 years to Harald. My son Mario (30) is Ph.D. candidate in business and prospective assistant professor at the University of Melbourne. My daughter Sofia (25) is dancer at the Friedrichstadt-Palast Berlin.
